At the commencement of each financial year a Committee called the House Committee may be nominated by the Speaker, Constiting of the Deputy Speaker as ex-officio Chairman and eight members, to meet from time to time under directions of the Speaker, to consider and advise upon matters connected with the comfort and convenience of members of the House .LIST OF MEMBERS
